refactor(viewer): 截图视图 107 砍到 31，docs/shots 改为纯生成落点并取消跟踪
根因：以前只删图没用，一次性机位还挂在 arm/viewer/shot.py 的 VIEWS 里， 关卡一跑就在 docs/ 里原地复活 104 张。 - 删 76 条历史排查视图：user_*(17)、boss_p04..p07、hollow_p0x、p03_light_*、 p03_mount_*、bay_p0x_inside(含重复键)、tie_probe/after_*、j3_前端压盖_*、 view_yz_*、svg_*、p04/p05/p06/p07_*_side、zoom_user、shot_p08_user 等 - 保留 31 条真正在验查看器本身的：13 个机位/爆炸/姿态 + 9 个工程图·向导·运动模式 + 9 个线束（含 3 个 x-ray） - docs/shots 从跟踪里摘掉并写进 .gitignore；docs/ 现在只剩 json/svg/md/html，没有位图 - 基线同步为 20 张逐字节 + 11 张容差，与视图集合一一对应（无孤立基线、无缺基线的视图） - 修我自己在上一步改 shot.py 时误删的 os.makedirs(SHOTS, exist_ok=True) —— 目录不存在时 Edge 写不出 PNG，31 个视图全报 FAIL 0 字节 未做：完整关卡复核（截图两遍 + IK + 数据 md5）尚未跑，这次提交只保证名单自洽。
