chore(repo): 停止跟踪 47MB 构建产物

单文件查看器不再是交付约束，就不必再把 14MB 网格与 3 份 16MB HTML
背在 git 里。取消跟踪（磁盘文件保留），重建产物不再脏 git status，
后续每步重构的关卡才能靠哈希比对而不是"看哪些文件又变了"。
