- .bak/ 12 个 *bak20261005*/20261007 旧备份：.gitignore 第15行早就写了 .bak/， 但跟踪优先于忽略，所以一直没生效——这次用 git rm --cached 摘掉才真正排除 - .trae/documents(2) / .workbuddy/memory(3) / .zcode/config.json / .zcodeignore： 别的编辑器与助手的本地配置、会话记录，不是工程产物 - 定位图/ 整目录改为忽略：它只是"给用户看的核验图落点"，一次性且会被反复清空， 关卡比对的权威物在 tests/baselines/（md5 名单 + flaky 参考像素），不依赖这里 - .gitignore 里 "可用 src/ 下的脚本重新生成" 的注释同步改成 python -m arm.* 只动索引不动工作区：19 个文件仍在磁盘上（唯一不在的是已被外部删掉的屏幕录制 mp4， 现在取消跟踪后不再脏 status，历史里仍可取回）。
