fix: pipeline.sh run() 回显改走 stderr——gate1 用 tee 把 stdout 存成 consistency.json，回显混入让 gen 读 CONSENSUS 时 JSONDecodeError 停在 gen（第一次真跑实测：kin/r4/gate1 rc=0、gen rc=1）；文档记门 1 实测 0.838<0.9 → 自动走共识分支
